NEW ORLEANS – App State's Jan. 27 men's basketball home matchup with the James Madison Dukes has been picked up for national TV and will air on either ESPN2 or ESPNU, the Sun Belt Conference announced Thursday. The network will be determined six days before the game.
With the announcement, tipoff has been moved to 6 p.m. from the Holmes Convocation Center
For the second time this season – and second time ever at the Holmes Center - the Mountaineers will play in front of a nationally televised audience.
On Dec. 3 in front of a national audience on ESPN2 and a sold-out Holmes Center, the Mountaineers handed a 69-64 loss to the Auburn Tigers, which is still the last time the Tigers lost a game this season.
